We are experts and researchers from Western University's Centre for Research & Education on Violence Against Women & Children.
Our team works collaboratively with experts, government agencies, unions, employers, workers, and other researchers to prevent and address harassment and violence at work.

RESEARCH
We conduct original research focused on preventing and addressing harassment and violence at work. Our goal is to contribute valuable insight to the broader community working towards creating healthy and safe work environments.
EVIDENCE-BASED GUIDANCE
We provide evidence-based guidance to organizations and decision makers to implement prevention and response strategies related to harassment and violence at work.
POLICY REFORM
We communicate research findings to government, union, and employer policymakers illustrating the issues faced by workers and suggest ways policies can address these concerns.
RESOURCES & INFORMATION
We develop resources and information for organizational representatives and workers on the prevention and intervention of harassment and violence at work.
